Some sad news I am afraid for those who knew Danny Thomas. I have just had
a letter from Danny's eldest daughter Linda.

Danny's funeral was last week and was very emotional. The RAF band
sent a trumpeter and his coffin was draped in the Welsh flag. His ashes
are to be taken by his family to Blaengarw Wales.
Danny's wife Amy passed away in March 2007. Linda tells me he never got
over the loss of Amy.

I saw your site on the web today as I was looking for information about my dad, John 'Charlie or Chas' Breeze
who went out in 1967 on an unaccompanied tour in Aden.
He was an airframe fitter. He was in the RAF for 22 years. I have several photographs of him at Khormaksar
and I noticed one of the photos on your site, submitted by Nodge Myers, shows 9 men in front of a vehicle.
I think the fourth from the right could be my dad. I wondered if you have any more information about the photo.
